Every site at Red Rock Waterside comes equipped with reliable water and electric service. To protect the integrity and beauty of our prime shoreline, our direct waterfront sites do not feature individual sewer connections. For your convenience, we provide easily accessible on-site dump stations as well as a professional mobile pump-out service, ensuring your stay remains completely seamless.
Shoreline Day Passes
Experience the best of Lake Havasu without booking an overnight stay. Day Passes grant full property access from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Standard rates start at $35, with dynamic pricing in effect during holidays, special events, and peak weekends.

Visiting a Guest: To ensure our shoreline remains exclusive and uncrowded, visitors of guests in our Island RV Sites staying longer than 90 minutes—or utilizing property amenities—are required to purchase a Day Pass. As a benefit of our long-term community, friends and family visiting our Red Rock Residences are exempt from this requirement.

Property Security: For the peace of mind of all our guests, community access is actively monitored. All day visitors must register at the office upon arrival, and unauthorized vehicles will be towed to protect our guests' dedicated parking.
