Reservations, Payments, and the Guest Portal
 

Our reservations, guest portal, and payment processing are handled through Firefly Reservations, a third-party reservation platform operated by RA Outdoors, LLC d/b/a Aspira.
 

When you book a stay, create a guest portal account, or make a payment, the information you enter — including your name, contact details, RV and vehicle information, stay dates, and payment card information — is collected and stored on Firefly's platform, not on our website. Payment card data is transmitted directly to the payment processor and handled under Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards. Red Rock Waterside does not store full payment card numbers.

We access this information through Firefly in order to manage your reservation, check you in, assign your site, process payments and refunds, and communicate with you about your stay. Everything in the rest of this policy describes how we use that information.

Firefly handles this information on our behalf and under our direction. It does not use Red Rock Waterside guest information for its own marketing purposes.

Information We Collect Outside the Reservation System

Not everything comes through Firefly. We also collect information when you:

• Contact us directly — by phone, email, or a form on our website. This may include your name, phone number, email address, and whatever you choose to tell us.

• Join our email or text list — your name, email address, and phone number.

• Check in or stay with us — driver's license or government-issued ID where required for long-term stays, leases, or age verification; vehicle and trailer details; pet information; and emergency contact information.

• Sign a lease, waiver, or park agreement — the information required by that document.

• Apply for a job — your application, work history, and related materials.

• Visit our website — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site, and general location derived from your IP address, collected automatically by our website host and analytics tools.
   

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Manage your reservation, stay, and any charges owed

• Check you in, assign your site, and provide services during your stay

• Communicate with you about your reservation, our facilities, park rules, and safety information

• Respond to questions, requests, and complaints

• Send marketing emails, promotions, and event announcements, if you've opted in

• Administer long-term resident and park model programs

• Evaluate employment applications

• Maintain the safety and security of our property, guests, and staff

• Keep records required for tax, accounting, insurance, and legal purposes

• Improve our website, our services, and how we run the park

How We Share Your Information
 

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information with service providers who need it to do their jobs for us:

• Firefly Reservations (Aspira) — reservations, guest portal, and payment processing

• BASYS Processing — merchant payment processing

• Email marketing, accounting, payroll, insurance, and legal service providers

These companies are permitted to use your information only to perform services for us.

We may also share information:

• With law enforcement or government agencies when required by law, subpoena, or court order

• When necessary to protect the safety of our guests, staff, or property, or to investigate suspected fraud or a violation of our rules

• With our insurers or attorneys in connection with a claim

• With a buyer or successor if Red Rock Waterside is sold, merged, or reorganized

Cookies and Tracking
 

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working properly, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the site, and — where applicable — measure the performance of our advertising.

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Some parts of the site may not work correctly if cookies are disabled. Our booking and guest portals are operated by Firefly and use their own cookies, described in their privacy policy.

Do Not Track. Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting. There is currently no industry standard for how websites should respond to these signals, and our website does not respond to them differently at this time.

Marketing Communications
 

If you opt in to our email list, we'll send you news, offers, and event information. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also email hello@redrockwaterside.com to be removed.

If you provide your phone number and opt in to text messages, message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out.

Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages about a reservation you've made — confirmations, check-in details, changes, and receipts.

Video and Property Security

Portions of the property, including entrances, common areas, and facilities, may be monitored by video surveillance and automated gate systems for the safety and security of our guests, staff, and property. Recordings are retained for a limited period and are shared only with law enforcement, our insurers, or our attorneys as needed.

Job Applicants

If you apply for a position with us, the information in your application is used to evaluate your candidacy and, if you are hired, to complete onboarding and employment records. Background checks, where conducted, are performed with your separate written authorization as required by the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act.
 

Children's Privacy
 

Red Rock Waterside is a family destination, and children are welcome at the park. Our website, however, is directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with information through our website, contact us at hello@redrockwaterside.com, and we will delete it.
 

Reservations must be made by an adult 18 or older, and information about minors in your party should be provided by a parent or guardian.

How We Protect Your Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we handle, including access controls, staff account restrictions, encrypted connections, and vendor platforms that maintain their own security programs.

No system is completely secure. If a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you as required by Arizona law (A.R.S. § 18-552).

How Long We Keep Information

We keep reservation, lease, financial, and employment records as long as needed to provide our services and to meet tax, accounting, insurance, and legal requirements. Marketing contact information is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your Choices and Rights
 

You may:

• Ask us what personal information we have about you

• Ask us to correct information that's inaccurate

• Ask us to delete information we're not required to keep

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails or text messages

• Update your own contact and reservation details through the guest portal

To make a request, email hello@redrockwaterside.com or call (928) 227-5527. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Requests involving data held on the Firefly platform may need to be coordinated with Firefly.

California residents. Under California Civil Code § 1798.83, California residents may request information about personal information we shared with third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the prior calendar year. We do not share personal information for third-party direct marketing.

Links to Other Websites

Our site links to third-party websites and services, including our booking portal, guest portal, event organizers, and local businesses. We're not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and this policy doesn't apply to them. We encourage you to read their policies.

Changes to This Policy
 

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on our website. Continuing to use our website or services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
